Returns & Refunds
All orders can be cancelled until the point of shipping. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, orders can no longer be cancelled. You will have to wait until delivery and return the product to us then, at your own expense.
Refunds & Returns
In accordance with Consumer Contract Regulations 2014, you have the right to cancel any order for up to 14 days from the moment of delivery. To cancel your order you must notify us by email on our contact page within this 14 day period and return the product(s) back to us within 14 days of requesting a cancellation. We are not obliged to accept returns on orders if you have not contacted us within 14 days of delivery or we have not received the product back within 14 days of you notifying us that you wish to cancel your order.
You will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving the product back. The cost of delivery for returns of non-faulty products will be paid by you. You will be responsible for the safe delivery of the parcel to the address provided for returns. Obtaining proof of postage and/or tracking numbers as well as insuring the return package for the correct amount should be considered in case the package is lost in transportation. You may want to take photos of the products in case they are damaged during transportation. Any damage or signs of use will void the cancellation right.
All products you wish to return should be in their original packaging. All returned products, whether returned due to fault or by choice, must be returned in full.

Just let us know via the contact page on our website and we will provide a return address and replacement or refund, as preferred. You will be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage or we may ask to have the product returned for inspection. If the product is deemed faulty you will receive a full refund including shipping costs within 14 days of us receiving the product back.

All products come with a one year limited warranty.
We warrant to the person who originally purchases the product from our website that all products will be free from defects for their applicable warranty period, shown below, subject to the conditions below.
To approve your warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:
- You must have purchased the product from ngnesports.com and be able to provide proof of purchase
- You must return the product to NGNEUK Ltd
- You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s instructions
If a defect occurs during the product’s intended use, and during the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part. Third party modifications are not covered by the warranty.
